A 50% retainer is required with a signed contract within 24 hours of notification otherwise you lose your reservation. Discounts are available for FFA, 4-H or performance homes.
As of 2025, we will not have a waitlist. We will have a notification email list when all available doe kids will be posted. We have a first come first serve policy. If interested in a buckling please reach out beforehand as we sell bucklings as 3-day-old bottle babies and will not be listed on the website. **The notification email concerning available kids will go out approximately 8 weeks after the final doe kids**

*We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason we see fit.
*We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract within 24 hours of the request to purchase an animal. If you cancel for any reason, the retainer is forfeited.
**The retainer is used for registration and animal upkeep until the buyer arrives.
*We reserve the right to sell our goats to whomever we feel is the best fit.
*Arrive at your pick-up on time. If unable to arrive on that date a boarding fee ($5) will be charged. After 2 weeks if the animal still has not been picked up, you forfeit your animal and retainer.
*If no contact is made and a pick-up date is missed, the retainer is forfeited and the animal will be made available again.
*All kids are disbudded. If you would like a horned goat, payment must be made in full. If you fail to pick up your horned goat or cancel for any reason you forfeit all monies involved due to the difficulty of selling horned animals and/or to pay for a dehorning procedure done by a vet.
*Animal must be paid for in full before loading.
*Registration papers will be provided to the buyer upon final payment and delivery of the goat. The buyer is responsible for submitting paperwork to controlling organizations.
* These goats are sold As-Is. The goats are believed to be in good general health at the time of sale. The seller makes no further guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to any goat or service sold.
* All goat sales are final - NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS.
*Buyers are responsible for the transport of the goats and assume all risk of loss, injury, damage, death, or disease upon departure of the goat from the seller's property and custody.
*Seller does not guarantee the outcome of any breedings once animals have left the property.
